BERKELEY COUNTY, W.Va. — The Berkeley County community is mourning the sudden loss of 34-year-old Bradley Dinges, who passed away early Saturday morning in a devastating single-vehicle crash. Authorities report that at approximately 4:00 a.m. on November 22, 2025, deputies from the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office responded to a collision at the intersection of Butts Mill Road and Ferrels Ridge Road.
