ALLENTOWN, Pa. — The Allentown community is grieving the tragic loss of 29-year-old Rigoberto E. Hernandez Arias, who passed away after being struck by a vehicle on S. 4th Street on Friday evening.
According to the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office, Hernandez Arias was hit at approximately 7:55 p.m. and transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest, where he was pronounced deceased at 8:43 p.m. The coroner confirmed that the cause of death was blunt force injuries sustained in the collision, which has been ruled a homicide.
Friends, family, and neighbors remember Rigoberto as a caring and vibrant young man whose presence brightened the lives of those around him. Known for his kindness and the warmth he shared with everyone he met, his sudden passing has left a profound void in the community.
