In Loving Memory of Randy Cuevas

In Loving Memory of Randy Cuevas

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of Randy Cuevas. Randy loved Cuevas Fish House in Lumberton, Mississippi, a family business founded by his parents in 1983. Serving others and “feeding the people” brought him immense joy, and anyone who walked through the doors—or crossed his path—knew his generosity and warmth. He always had a better way of doing things, and if you listened, you often learned something new.

Randy leaves a lasting legacy, touching the lives of countless friends, family, and community members. His presence will be deeply missed, and the hole he leaves in our hearts is undeniable.

Out of respect and to allow our family time to grieve, we will not be participating in this year’s Purvis Christmas Parade. Many of you fondly remember him driving and pulling our float—a tradition he cherished—and we look forward to returning in 2026 in his honor.

Please keep our family in your prayers during this difficult time.
