FORT PIERCE, Fla. — The Fort Pierce community is mourning the tragic loss of Gregory Carson, 23, who was fatally shot on Monday, November 24, 2025. Authorities reported that the incident occurred at approximately 12:27 p.m. on the 1200 block of North 27th Street, following an altercation involving a group of males.

When Fort Pierce Police Department officers arrived at the scene, they found Carson suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. His sudden passing has left family, friends, and neighbors heartbroken.
