Pennsylvania State Police Identify Crash Victims from Fatal Pursuit

New Garden Township, Pennsylvania — Pennsylvania State Police Troop J has released new information regarding the tragic pursuit-related crash that occurred on November 21 along Route 41 in New Garden Township. The collision, which claimed the lives of three men, has left families and communities in deep mourning as investigators continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Authorities have identified the victims as 35-year-old Devon Hargraves, 33-year-old Andre Gershad, and 36-year-old Larry Wilmer, all residents of Wilmington, Delaware. According to PSP Troop J’s Major Case Team, the three men were traveling together when the fatal crash occurred during an active police pursuit. Despite the rapid response from emergency crews, all three were pronounced dead at the scene due to the severity of their injuries.

State Police have not yet released additional details regarding the pursuit or the events immediately leading up to the crash. Troopers confirmed that the investigation remains active and ongoing, with the Major Case Team reviewing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and reconstructing the crash to determine a clearer sequence of events.
