The Greenville community is deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Jose Louis Munoz, who was killed in a two-vehicle collision on the night of November 22, 2025. The crash occurred shortly after 9 p.m. in the 3000 block of W. Blue Ridge Drive, near the Hot Spot. Despite the rapid response of emergency medical personnel, Jose was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Authorities have identified Jose as the sole victim in the crash, and an autopsy has been scheduled for November 24, 2025, with the cause and manner of death still pending as the Greenville County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol continue their investigation.
