HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Huntsville police confirm that a man shot Saturday evening on Mastin Lake Road has died. Authorities say the shooting occurred just before 5 p.m. near the parking lot of a local church.
The victim, 25-year-old Michael Darden of Huntsville, was transported for medical care but succumbed to his injuries. Police confirmed his death just before 10 p.m.
